Draft status
The in-app Terms and Privacy text is currently labelled a “product notice draft”, to be reviewed and replaced by the site owner before public account registration. Sections marked Draft for legal review below were prepared for this site and have not been legally reviewed or approved.
Terms & Conditions
The full Terms of Service are shown in the app: open the Terms in the app. In summary, they currently say that:
- The app provides trade journaling, charting and historical backtesting tools for informational and educational purposes. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or order-routing service, and chart orders are simulated unless a separately documented integration says otherwise.
- Historical data can be delayed, incomplete, adjusted or unavailable. Backtest results are simulations and do not predict future performance. You are responsible for checking data and decisions before relying on them.
- Keep your sign-in credentials private and use the app lawfully. Do not disrupt the service, access another person's account or bypass access controls. Features and availability may change as the product develops.
Privacy Policy
The full policy is shown in the app: open the Privacy Policy in the app. In summary:
- When hosted authentication is configured, Supabase Auth stores your email address and sign-in details. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored by the app.
- Trades, journals, drawings and settings are saved in your browser on your device. They are not uploaded to the account database and do not automatically follow you to another browser or device. Clearing browser storage can remove them.
- This marketing website has no accounts and does not collect passwords or payment details. The contact form, when connected, only sends the name, email and message you type.

IntenseFX Trades provides simulated practice, journaling and analysis tools for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial adviser or order-routing service, and it does not manage, connect to or control any real trading account or any external prop firm's challenge or funded account.
Nothing on this website or in the application is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, or personal advice. Features labelled as analysis or coaching apply fixed rules to your own records and do not predict markets.
Simulated, backtested and hypothetical results have inherent limitations, are not real trading results, and do not predict future performance. Practising does not guarantee passing any prop-firm challenge, receiving a funded account or becoming profitable.
Risk Disclosure Draft for legal review
Trading foreign exchange, metals, derivatives and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and consider seeking independent advice from a licensed professional.
- Past and simulated performance is not a guide to future results.
- Prop-firm challenge fees and rules are set by those firms and can change; read the firm's own terms.
- Tools that help you review your behaviour do not remove market risk.
